Casting Calls at the Clinton Street Theater

Sunday, February 2nd

Time slot #1: 10:30am-1:30pm

Time slot #2: 2pm-5pm

・Doors lock for entry at the start-times, so arrive 15 minutes early

・Actors may attend only one time slot and must stay the whole audition in order to be seen by all the directors ・Our Casting Calls are all cold reads, no monologues to prepare

・No sign-up needed and no resumes/head-shots to bring - just show up!

・No spectators - all attendees must be auditioning ・Be prepared to provide your availability for rehearsals - including a normal week availability, any dates you will be unavailable and any detailed notes about your schedule

・Actors must be able to have some day availability for rehearsals in order to schedule rehearsals in the Clinton Street Theater (all available time-slots are during the day, before 5pm)

・Actors must be able to make Dress Rehearsal, all Performances and meet rehearsal requirements. Info below:

Dress Rehearsal

At the Clinton Street Theater Sunday, March 8th, 9am-5pm ・Actors must be able to be on time and stay for the entire Dress Rehearsal in order to provide an audience to other plays and support each other. (Directors, Musicians and Crew arrive early during the day time TBA in order to move in sets and props)

Performances

At the Clinton Street Theater

March 12th, 13th, 14th and 15th (Thursday-Sunday) (Door at 6pm, Show at 7pm) All four nights actors are required: 5pm-10pm

・Actors must be on time at 5pm on all four nights

Rehearsal Requirements

2 rehearsals per week between Casting Calls and Dress Rehearsal (8 minimum before dress)

1 rehearsal between Dress Rehearsal and Opening Night

・Rehearsal schedules are made collaboratively within each play group ・All groups must rehearse at least two times in the Clinton Street Theater. All of the available theater rehearsal times are during the days. Interested actors must have some availability to rehearse during the daytime, whether during the week and/or on the weekends.
